I'm the General Manager @ Creative Licence Digital

My role as General Manager at Creative Licence Digital keeps me on my toes doing a huge range of tasks on a daily basis.  We are in the business of designing and developing mobile applications for use on smartphones and tablets.

We have a large client base that I am responsible for managing, as well as a number of our own apps that we develop and deploy under our own name.  There are also several New Business briefs that come in on a regular basis that I am responsible for writing proposals and quotes for.

As I'm in the App business, my favourite App would have to be Paper53 for iPad - a drawing app with incredible features and useful for so many wondering creative projects and work.  I use it on a daily basis along with the iPhone app Clear for list making and ticking off!

Why I love my job....I love the diversity of briefs that pass my desk.  From productivity apps for Medical teams, to fun word games or e-commerce apps for the retail space.

I work closely with the clients' team and also our internal team to see the brief come to life both creatively and technically.  I am inspired on a daily basis by the passion and enthusiasm that our young team of developers and designers inject into the work they do.  From problem solving, to designing animations to creating prototypes and even testing.  The electric energy in the studio makes for a great workplace.

I love my kindle, and I am currently studying a writing course that I hope will inspire a new Blog idea.  I am a music junkie, and make an annual pilgrimage to Byron Bay to go to the Blues & Roots Festival, as well as attending many other concerts and festivals throughout the year.

I also love to cross-stitch.  I find fun, contemporary patterns of pop culture icons from Etsy and cross-stitch for relaxation, and also to create unique presents for friends and family.
